Maria Elisabeta Association, in collaboration with Mihăilescu Legal and JURIDICE.ro, organizes Essay Writing Competition about Global Warming and Energy Transition.
Global warming, largely the result of activities that generate greenhouse gas emissions, is a reality that cannot be ignored. Energy transition is the shift from fossil fuels to alternative and renewable sources and is a necessary response to the challenges of global warming.
Therefore, the EU legislation undergoes a drastic restructuring process.
The essay should explore the link between global warming, energy transition and the legal system, with a focus on legislative changes adopted and pending at EU level.
Addressed to students attending the Faculty of Law, in the 3rd and 4th year.
